Come with us on a journey to Pennsylvania to discover how faith shaped the birth of our nation. Our first highlight is Gettysburg National Military Park. From the veil of early morning fog through the day's setting sun, experience all the incredible history of the battlefield. We also include the Gettysburg Diorama--where you can see the entire 6,000-acre battlefield at one time.
With over 20,000 hand-painted soldiers, horses, cannons, and buildings, the diorama includes a thirty-minute light and sound show of the three-day battle of Gettysburg. Sit back and watch as the three days of battle play out before you. Then we're off to Lancaster, Pennsylvania-- where faith guides the traditions, lifestyle, and beliefs of the Amish.
Among the sites you'll see are the Mennonite Center, Bible Tabernacle Experience, Lititz Moravian Church Square and Museum, and other important sites. We'll also enjoy a fascinating guided Amish Farmlands Tour, taking you deep into the heart of the oldest Amish community in the world where you’ll marvel at some of the most beautiful farmland you’ll ever set eyes upon. You'll also see Jacob's Choice.
“Compelling” best describes the emotional story of “Jacob’s Choice,” told through the everyday lives of an Old Order Amish family of today. Shown on five different screens, witness young Jacob’s struggle in choosing the Amish church, or leaving behind family and community for the allure of the modern world. Experience the horrendous religious persecution of their forefathers and take part in the perilous voyage to America, all magically heightened by wind, rain, smoke, fire, ghostly, and other immersive special effects that thrill the senses.
While we're in Amish country, you'll also experience one of the most legendary Bible stories –David---as it comes to life with spectacular special effects, massive sets, and live animals in this brand-new original stage production at Sight and Sound theater. This production will explore David’s close relationship and walk with God. Story, song, and spectacular staging bring each Sight & Sound show to life. Dozens of professional actors attired in elaborate costumes, meticulously detailed sets towering up to 40 feet high, trained animals from camels to birds, and state-of-the-art special effects will entertain and inspire you! Not only is there a large center stage at Sight & Sound, but productions involve the use of side stages on the left and right of the audience to make you feel like you’re in the middle of the action.
After we leave Amish country we will venture east into the heart of American liberty—Philadelphia. You’ll visit Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell --the most important relic of American patriotism. The Pennsylvania delegates had the verse Leviticus 25:10 placed on the bell. It declares, “proclaim LIBERTY throughout the land unto all the inhabitants thereof”. We'll also visit the new Faith and Liberty Discovery Center --the new museum about the religious roots of the nation that triangulates itself in relation to the founding documents of American democracy.
The Faith and Liberty Discovery Center features exhibits, historical artifacts, and immersive experiences, and positions itself as an “attraction”, instead of a traditional museum. Tradition, however, abounds at the Faith and Liberty Discovery Center as it explores the nation as a whole using incredibly preserved Bibles, well-crafted historical replicas, and high-tech animations and films. We leave Philadelphia, overnighting along the way near our next stop, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, located at the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers in the states of West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland.
Harpers Ferry is about more than just one date or individual, but a diverse number of people and events that influenced the course of our nation's history. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Meriwether Lewis, John Brown, "Stonewall" Jackson, and Frederick Douglass are just a few of the prominent individuals who left their mark on this place. Harpers Ferry witnessed the first successful application of interchangeable manufacture, the arrival of the first successful American railroad, John Brown's attack on slavery, the largest surrender of Federal troops during the Civil War. We will have one final overnight in Tennessee, before making our way back to Arkansas.

Tour: Yellowstone And The Grand Tetons Featuring America's Most Iconic Wild Western Towns
Price: Double occupancy $2850 per person Triple occupancy $2695 per person Quad occupancy $2395 per person
Single occupancy $3990 per person
Time: 8:30 a.m. 8/1/2022
Tour the best of America's West! Destinations include Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Tetons, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and some of the most iconic western towns along the way: Century City, Colorado, Golden, Colorado, and Dodge City, Kansas. Price includes 12 days/11 nights lodging, all transportation via luxury motorcoach, tour escort, tours of 2 National Parks (Yellowstone, and Grand Tetons), a private cruise to Elk Island with cowboy dinner on the island, a scenic Lake Cruise in the Grand Tetons, 12 meals (5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners) and much, much more! After a travel day with an overnight in Kansas, our first wild western town is Century City, Colorado— once known as “The Richest Square Mile on Earth.” Founded in 1859 during the Pike’s Peak Gold Rush, Central City provided supplies to over 10,000 miners in its heyday.
You won’t want to miss this incredible opportunity to explore remnants of iconic goldmines and try your hand at finding treasure! Located in the Rocky Mountain, Central City was one of the top gold-producing districts in the U.S. Get ready to experience real gold panning as we tour the mine that made this town rich. You will enjoy two nights in this historic city, rich in legends, ghost lore, and abandoned mines, with plenty of fascinating stops.
Our next western overnight as we make our way to Yellowstone is in Lander, Wyoming, a place of rivers and mountains, rolling hills, and sage-covered plains. Ranching is prevalent around Lander where cattle and sheep nearly outnumber people! The next morning we’ll make a brief stop in Dubois — one of the last real old West towns — a charming hidden gem with the authentic feel of the Frontier before we continue onto Yellowstone. We have chosen this route carefully, as it is considered one of the most beautiful routes to Yellowstone, going through the scenic Wind River Valley. The rest of the day we will tour Yellowstone, overnighting the next two nights in West Yellowstone. For two days you’ll experience everything from mudpots, to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, and of course, the Old Faithful geyser! But our tour is not over yet...not even close. When we depart Yellowstone, we'll tour through the Grand Tetons National Park and be inspired by the gorgeous snow-capped mountains. We'll stop for a cruise of Jenny Lake--a boat ride presenting a magnificent view of the Teton mountain range from the lake. We'll finish our tour of the Grand Tetons when we end up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for two nights! This is--hands down--one of the best towns in America. We'll stay right in the heart of downtown Jackson Hole, close to shops, restaurants, and the world-famous Cowboy Bar. While here we will enjoy an Elk Island Dinner Cruise with a narrative of history and geology onboard our covered cruise boat. Upon arrival at the private Elk Island meal site, enjoy a delicious dinner, including cowboy steaks, fresh Idaho river trout, salad bar, baked beans, corn on the cob & fruit cobbler!
The next morning, we'll make our way back into Colorado, for a two-night stay in our next wild west town of Golden, Colorado… home of American icon and famous cowboy William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody. He left his mark on Lookout Mountain here. We will visit the Buffalo Bill Grave & Museum and learn about how the showman went from a Kansas-raised cattle herder to a gold miner and Pony Express rider to an Army scout and world traveler presenting his notorious Wild West shows. Exhibits include Sitting Bull’s bows and arrows, Western art, and antique firearms. The nearby nature preserve is home to 40 buffalo and the country’s only city-maintained herd. And a visit to Golden wouldn’t be complete without a tour of the world-famous Coors Brewery. Our final overnight western town as we continue to home in Dodge City, Kansas, where we have a final “wild western night” planned for all. This is one tour you won't want to miss--and we've only shared just some of the highlights!

Our time in New Mexico also takes us to the cradle of America’s space program –the New Mexico Space Museum –a Smithsonian affiliate that applauds our exploration of the heavens with a mix of high-tech entertainment and dramatic exhibits. Among them are the John P. Stapp Air and Space Park, with large displays of the Apollo program’s Little Joe II rocket; the Daisy Track exhibit, which includes a tribute to the Delta Clipper Experimental; and the Clyde W. Tombaugh Theater and Planetarium, featuring a giant dome-screen and state-of-the-art surround sound to fully immerse the audience.
But that’s not all. Our time in New Mexico includes a visit to one of the most unique National Parks—White Sands National Park-- completely surrounded by the White Sands Missile Range. The park is in the Tularosa Basin, and is a field of white sand dunes composed of gypsum crystals. This gypsum dunefield is the largest of its kind on Earth. The stark beauty and sharp relief of the dunes will take your breath away.
